Main Topic: ‘Unbelievable’ Heatwave for Asia Continues This Week
Dear Diary. You might have noticed how many record messages with superlatives coming from Asia that my friend and weather historian Maximiliano Herrera has been issuing on each of my posts over the last month. That heatwave has an associated huge heat dome that has spread across most of the continent:

Such a heat dome in May could not be possible without the aggregate of 150 years of cabin pollution working against the Earth’s environment.
The heat dome will only get stronger as we move through this week, peaking on Thursday:

At lower levels going towards the surface heat is at extraordinary levels from the Himalayas northward into Russia:
